International Commercial Terms – Are a series of three-letter trade terms related to common contractual sales practices, the Incoterms rules are intended primarily to clearly communicate the tasks, costs, and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goods.

A confusion with this terms, can cause the loss of a sale or produce a financial lose in it. For so, is important to determine with terms will use before the end of the contract.
